Seven U.S. Air Force KC-46 tankers with callsigns RCH008, RCH024, RCH025, RCH026, RCH032, RCH047 and RCH083 departed and arrived dark at McGuire Air Force Base in New Jersey on December 25 with limited communications and almost no ADS-B or ACARS logons, according to an X post by @CoronetEast published over the past two and a half hours ending at 10:15 p.m. UTC on December 26. The @CoronetEast post includes audio from the RCH008 flight and a photo taken by photographer Olek Oliwiecki documenting the activity at McGuire AFB, designated #KWRI, on Christmas Day. The U.S. Air Force 7th Bomb Wing at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, released photos of B-1B Lancers from an October 23 mission in the Caribbean Sea conducted as part of a Bomber Attack Demo, as posted by @SA_Defensa during the same reporting window from 7:45 p.m. to 10:15 p.m. UTC on December 26. @SA_Defensa also shared U.S. Air Force in-flight photos of a B-1B Lancer flight from October 27 near the Venezuelan coastline as part of Operation SouthernSpear, quoting a USAF statement that the aircraft proceeded northward near Puerto Rico before returning to the continental United States.
