Open-source satellite imagery captured nine ballistic-missile launchers destroyed in a killing zone north of Kermanshah, Iran, according to an exclusive post on X by @mhmiranusa shared between 2:46 a.m. and 5:46 a.m. UTC on December 5, 2025. The imagery dates to the first days after the end of Operation "Rising Lion." The post states that the level of destruction makes it difficult to determine whether the strikes destroyed the missiles on the ground or after the mobile launchers fired them. The launchers appear positioned at a relatively similar orientation, as shown in the imagery. The same X post includes an Iranian Air Defense Center radar screen from a site near Kermanshah during the 12-day war. The screen depicts Israeli fighters and their jamming effects, represented by long yellow triangles, which prevented Iranian air defenses from locking on the fighters.
