A Syrian network activist celebrated the first anniversary of "Operation Bioprames" against Hezbollah on September 17th, 2025, marking a year since the alleged attack. The activist's post on X, formerly Twitter, shared the anniversary on the same day Hezbollah published content showcasing wounded fighters reintegrated into its military system, as reported by Harbi Media of the Islamic Resistance. Hezbollah's material included a message from "wounded to meet the call" addressed to Secretary-General Sheikh Naim Qasim, stating, "Present to sacrifice, miss the testimony, and be determined to victory..." This display of fighters, described as "wounded" and participating in operational activities, including the use of tracking equipment, occurred amidst heightened security in Iran and the voluntary return of Syrian families from Lebanon. Earlier on September 17th, approximately 130 Syrian families voluntarily returned from refugee camps in Arsal, Lebanon, to villages in western Qalamoun. The departures were facilitated by Lebanese authorities and supervised by the UNHCR. Additionally, reports surfaced regarding U.S. President Donald Trump's alleged advice to Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu concerning the ongoing Iranian War and false alarm sirens in Be'er Ora, southern Israel, caused by a technical error.
