Protesters gathered in Shiraz, Iran, today in front of the Fars provincial governor’s office to demonstrate against recurring water and electricity outages. The demonstrators chanted slogans including "Not Gaza, not Lebanon – my life is for Iran" and "The people in thirst and darkness – the officials in comfort and light," expressing their discontent with the ongoing utility disruptions. Videos and reports of the protest have circulated widely on social media. Meanwhile, in separate developments, GPS jamming has been reported over Tehran and western Iran. Additionally, a military convoy from the Syrian Ministry of Defense, comprising five vehicles, was observed heading towards the Syrian-Lebanese border along the Homs-Tartous highway, according to the Syrian Observatory. Iraq's budget allocation has also been a point of discussion, with the Shia region receiving 7.130 trillion dinars in financial support, significantly more than the 1.154 trillion dinars allocated to the Sunni region, despite poverty being more widespread in the Shia region. Separately, a report mentioned the American messenger to Syria, Tom Barak, and an incident involving a Palestinian flag in Lebanon.
