The ministry indicated a strategic shift by the organization to obscure its financial activities. In parallel diplomatic developments, Ali Larijani, Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, arrived in Riyadh early this morning, September 16th, for talks with high-ranking Saudi officials aimed at fostering dialogue on regional security and economic cooperation.
