Iran and Russia have signed a $25 billion agreement in Moscow to construct four new nuclear power plants in Iran, according to Iranian news agency Iran. Earlier in the reporting window, the Israel Defense Forces confirmed conducting an airstrike in Lebanon's eastern Beqaa Valley targeting a Hezbollah precision missile manufacturing site. The IDF stated the facility had been struck previously and its existence violated the ceasefire agreement.
