Separately, a multi-alarm fire broke out in Baltimore, Maryland, with reports of people trapped. The fire in Baltimore escalated to a 5th alarm, involving multiple buildings and leading to the shutdown of the Maryland Light Rail. Firefighters were battling the blaze in an abandoned building located at N Howard St & W Fayette St. The Baltimore Fire Department confirmed a 3-alarm building fire, warning of traffic and transit delays. In a separate incident, the FBI is offering a reward of up to $15,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals involved in the shooting death of 10-year-old Tyron Marque Colbert. Colbert was shot and killed inside his home in Salisbury, Maryland, on August 5, 2024, at approximately 10:30 p.m. The FBI is urging anyone with information to contact the Maryland State Police Salisbury Barrack or their local FBI office.
