Iranian Minister for Foreign Affairs, Abbas Araghty, confirmed the arrest of Franco-German cyclist Lennart Monterlos. Monterlos had been reported missing since June 16. The confirmation was made in a written interview, with Araghty citing "security reasons" for not conducting a face-to-face or video conference interview.
