The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) are continuing to demarcate the "Yellow Line" in the Gaza Strip with physical markers, a process that began yesterday and is expected to continue, according to an IDF statement this morning. This development occurs as former President Donald Trump stated that Israel would enter Gaza on two minutes' notice if he instructed them to, and that Hamas would be destroyed if they violated the current agreement. Footage from this morning shows heavy machinery moving concrete blocks painted yellow, which will be topped with yellow metal signs, to mark the boundaries. These markers are being placed approximately 200 meters apart along the line, which encompasses 53% of the Gaza Strip's territory. Defense Minister Israel Katz ordered the physical markers on Friday, stating they would serve as a warning against any violations. The IDF has reported killing several Palestinians in recent days for allegedly crossing the Yellow Line and posing a threat to troops. The "Yellow Line" refers to the boundary to which the IDF withdrew under the terms of the current ceasefire, as drawn out by mediators. The majority of the territory marked by this line is outside of urban areas. Former President Donald Trump reiterated his stance that if Hamas does not "behave nicely" and violates the agreement, they will be destroyed. He added that Israel is currently giving Hamas "a little more time" before any potential military action. This activity follows previous reports from yesterday, October 20th, 2025, where Hamas was allegedly using ambulances for transportation and hospitals for operations in Khan Yunis. Social media posts from the previous day, shared by user @Basem_gaza1988, claimed Hamas utilized ambulances for movement and hospitals for investigation and exposure, featuring Al-Hamsawi Abdullah Abdul-Hadi and Al-Hamsawi Wissam Abdul-Hadi in an ambulance near Nasser Medical Hospital.
