Israeli forces apprehended a terrorist cell in the Ramallah area last night that was producing rockets intended for launch into communities in Judea and Samaria. This marks the first time a cell engaged in rocket production and launching has been captured in the central highlands of Judea and Samaria. During the raid, additional rockets were discovered. This operation also pertains to a cell that previously manufactured two rockets that were inaccurately described by the army as dummy rockets, according to a report. Separately, residents of Gaza City were urged this morning to temporarily move south via Salah al-Din Street before 12:00 PM local time for their safety. The appeal advised residents not to heed warnings from Hamas, which is attempting to prevent movement and use civilians as human shields, as stated by Avichay Adraee.
