In the past 31 minutes, Hamas has been accused of orchestrating a "hysterical campaign" to prevent Palestinian civilians from moving south in the Gaza Strip, according to a report from Avichay Adraee. A circulating video reportedly shows Hamas elements intercepting the road for civilians relocating from the north. Adraee stated that Hamas is employing threats, barriers, and misleading publications to deter residents from moving south for their safety. The report further alleges that Hamas prioritizes securing its own elements over the well-being of Gazans, citing a recognition from Moussa Abu Marzouk. Fighter testimonies from northern Gaza also indicated that food supplies, including canned goods and aid, are being left behind by departing Hamas elements. These accusations emerge as Israel continues repairs on two water lines to the southern Gaza Strip, intended to supplement UAE-supplied water, as previously reported. Displaced individuals from northern Gaza City have also alleged that armed groups are firing on them to prevent movement west of Khan Yunis, with Hamas reportedly attempting to halt civilian departures from operational zones.
