Previous reporting from September 16th, 2025, detailed an incident where a Palestinian man was targeted by an Israeli drone while filming in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood of Gaza City. The Israeli Air Force conducted strikes on over 850 targets in Gaza City the preceding week, with the IDF estimating the presence of 2,000 to 2,500 trained terrorists. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reiterated his stance on Qatar's neutrality and requested a meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump.
