Tens of thousands of Palestinians have evacuated Gaza City over the past day, with the total number of displaced individuals from the area reaching approximately 200,000 in recent weeks, according to Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) estimates. The IDF ordered all of Gaza City to evacuate immediately on Tuesday ahead of a planned major offensive against Hamas. Civilians have been instructed to move to an Israeli-designated humanitarian zone in the southern Gaza Strip. This ongoing evacuation follows an estimated population of one million Palestinians residing in Gaza City prior to the IDF's preparations for the offensive. The IDF's order for immediate evacuation on Tuesday aimed to facilitate the planned military operations. In parallel, a Christian-Evangelist aid organization, Samaritan's Purse, is en route to Ben Gurion Airport with thousands of aid packages destined for Gaza. This aid is separate from the ongoing civilian movement.
