In northern Gaza's Beit Hanoun, IDF forces recently demolished five kilometers of Hamas tunnels. IDF forces in the Southern Command remain deployed in southern Gaza in accordance with the agreement and will continue operations to remove immediate threats, the Spokesperson stated in an announcement posted on X. In the Beit Hanoun tunnels, troops located a weapons cache including explosive devices, firearms, RPGs, grenades, ammunition, and surveillance equipment, as reported by military correspondent Manny Fabian citing the IDF. The tunnel demolition in northern Gaza occurred recently, with the IDF confirming the discovery of the weapons cache inside one of the tunnels.
