Local media reported large explosions in the area that knocked generators out of service. This marks the second time the Israeli Navy has conducted strikes in Yemen, following an attack on the Houthi-controlled Hodeida port in June. There has been no immediate official comment from the IDF regarding the strike. In a separate incident, an Israeli Defense Army vehicle in the Kiryat Shumouna area fell earlier today due to a technical defect, according to official statements. Security forces collected the vehicle, and no damage or injuries were reported.
