This reporting comes as security assessments following an attack in Qatar indicate that not all Hamas leadership was eliminated, according to an assessment from five days after the event. The assessment suggests that Hamas officials were either injured at the attacked complex or had advanced warning and escaped. Israeli officials reportedly believe Qatar is actively assisting Hamas in concealing the attack's outcomes and engaging in deception.
