A second group of 36 families, totaling 174 individuals, arrived in al-Bab, Aleppo, yesterday, July 30th, after being evacuated from the al-Hol detention camp in Hasakah governorate. This move is part of an agreement between the Syrian government and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), with support from the UNHCR, aimed at closing the camp and reintegrating former detainees. The families were moved to shelters where they will receive medical and legal oversight before being reunited with relatives. This evacuation marks the second convoy under the current agreement. In a separate development, the Syrian Democratic Forces arrested members of the so-called Tribal Army who had left SDF territory to join a convoy involved in recent events in Suweyda. The arrests occurred days after their return, following tracking through videos they posted depicting killings and looting, as well as through local reports.
