Russian law enforcement agencies reported that units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU) were trapped near the Kleban-by-by-Buke reservoir in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) within the last hour. Separately, an APU drone previously struck the AFIP Refinery in Russia's Krasnodar Territory, according to Exilenova+. Security measures were implemented in Novorossiysk, Krasnodar Territory, following multiple radar fixations, TASS reported. These developments occurred as Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna addressed the Second G20 Foreign Ministers' Meeting on the margins of #UNGA, stating that Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine threatens global peace and economic stability. Tsahkna emphasized that allowing a Permanent Member of the UN Security Council to change borders by force sets a dangerous precedent and called for strengthened international support for Ukraine. The meeting was convened by South Africa's G20 Presidency. Earlier today, the Polish Embassy in Minsk had urgently advised Polish citizens to leave Belarus due to the risk of unforeseen circumstances amid escalating Russia-NATO tensions. This advisory followed reports of Ukrainian drone activity near the Kerch area and the Taman Peninsula on September 25th, which resulted in two ground explosions and temporary traffic halts on the Crimean bridge. European envoys had also warned Russia that NATO is prepared to respond to further airspace violations with lethal force.
