The system's presence on this highway, which connects Berlin with Minsk, places six NATO countries within its potential range, according to a social media post from @cyber_boroshno. The Iskander SRBM system was observed at coordinates 54.6451214, 21.3785666. This sighting occurred during a one-hour reporting window from 11:00:51 PM UTC on September 13th to 12:00:51 AM UTC on September 14th. Previous reports from the preceding hours on September 13th indicated significant Ukrainian air force activity, including drone movements from Donetsk into Dnipropetrovsk, a ballistic threat from Crimea, and managed aviation bombs targeting Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk regions. Poland had also issued air raid warnings in its Lubelskie Voivodeship due to aerial attack threats, leading to the closure of Lublin Airport.
