Polish President Karol Nawrocki has approved the deployment of NATO forces onto Polish territory as part of Operation Eastern Sentry, according to a statement released today by the Polish National Security Bureau (BBN). This development comes as Ukrainian Air Force reports indicate continued drone activity, with four UAVs observed moving through the east of the Dnipropetrovsk region towards the Donetsk region within the past 13 minutes. This activity follows earlier reports from September 14th, 2025, detailing drone movements across various Ukrainian regions, including Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, and Chernihiv. Earlier in the reporting window, between 8:32 PM and 9:16 PM UTC, Ukrainian Air Force reported multiple instances of UAVs active across eastern Kharkiv, northern Poltava, eastern Sumy, and eastern Chernihiv regions, with varying courses observed. Specifically, UAVs were noted moving with western/southwestern courses in eastern Kharkiv, a western course in northern Poltava, and a southern course in eastern Sumy. Activity in eastern Chernihiv involved UAVs constantly changing course. Previous reports from 8:17 PM to 8:31 PM UTC on September 14th, 2025, detailed five drones west of Dikanka and one towards Chutovo in the Poltava region, one drone towards Sumy from the west, another from Okhtyrka towards Poltava, and three passing a checkpoint in Chernihiv. "Розвідка України" had also reported an Orion drone in the Loknya area of Kursk Oblast and guided aviation bombs targeting the Kramatorsk district of Donetsk region, along with two "Easier" UAVs in the eastern suburbs of Poltava. Earlier in the day, reports highlighted multiple groups of Ukrainian drones near Poltava and Sumy regions, with some heading towards Reshetilovka and others taking a southwestern course. The Ukrainian Air Force also reported drones in the western Kharkiv region heading towards Poltava, and in the central Chernihiv region, constantly changing course, with a threat of ballistic missile use from the northeast. France had confirmed the deployment of three French Rafale jets to Poland on September 14th, 2025, as part of NATO's Operation "Eastern Sentinel."
