These developments follow a third wave of cruise missiles entering Sumy Oblast from the north between 4:45 a.m. and 5:15 a.m. UTC, heading toward Cherkasy, Pyryatyn, Lebedyn and Chernihiv Oblast, as reported by Ukrainian Air Force monitors and Telegram channels including monitor and єРадар in the prior period.
