Previous reports from yesterday indicated that explosions and fires were reported in the Volgograd region between approximately 2:00 AM and 2:40 AM UTC, attributed to UAV debris. Governor Andrei Bocharov had also announced that fragments from a repelled UAV attack caused power outages in three settlements and two large fires of dry vegetation in the Volgograd region between 4:35 AM and 5:35 AM UTC yesterday.
