Ukraine struck an underground explosives warehouse at the Aleksinsky Chemical Plant in Tula Oblast, over 1000 km away, overnight, according to Ukrainian intelligence. The facility stored pyroxylin powder, a component used in ammunition for rifles, artillery, and rocket engines. Ukraine continues to target military supply facilities to degrade Russia's capacity to wage war. Ukrainian forces also targeted two Russian oil refineries on the night of August 30th, as part of ongoing efforts to disrupt fuel supplies to Russian military units. Separately, a pair of Ukrainian Air Force JDAM-ER/AASM guided bombs struck a Russian-held building in Tetkino, Kursk Oblast. These strikes are part of a broader strategy by Ukraine to systematically target military supply chains and infrastructure supporting Russia's military operations.
