The Air Force of Ukraine and various monitoring channels tracked winged rockets and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in multiple oblasts, including Chernihiv, Kyiv, Ternopil, and Khmelnytskyi. In Dnipro, a high-rise building was hit, according to "Дніпро Оперативний 🇺🇦| Війна," with "Труха⚡️Дніпр | Дніпро | Новини" sharing video of a damaged house. The Air Force of Ukraine reported UAVs in the north of Chernihiv region heading west, and in the north of Kyiv region, with one heading north and another south. "monitor" also reported a pair of UAVs in the Chernihiv region and another pair in the Brovarsky district. Missile activity was concentrated in the west of the country. "monitor" stated that one group of cruise missiles was moving from Dunaivka towards Chortkiv in the Ternopil region. "єРадар | Повітряна тривога | Рак..." reported the last group of winged missiles in the Khmelnytskyi region, in the Dunaivka area, heading towards Lviv. The Air Force of Ukraine confirmed winged rockets in the south of Khmelnytskyi region heading west. "Андрій Смолій" reported more missiles in the Ternopil region on the same course and two missiles heading for Lviv, with air raid alerts issued for Lviv and the Stryi/Nikolaev/Drohobych areas. "monitor" also indicated one group of missiles near Burshtyn in the Frankivshchyna region. Previous reports from earlier this morning detailed a significant wave of Russian missile and drone attacks across numerous Ukrainian regions, including Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Poltava, and Vinnytsia, with intense activity noted between 2:35 AM and 3:05 AM UTC. Those reports also mentioned Russian ballistic missile attacks on Pavlograd and Mykolaiv earlier on September 20th.
