Two explosions were heard in the suburbs of Kamyanske, Dnipropetrovsk region, on July 28th, as Ukrainian forces reported continued drone activity from the northeast. The threat of ballistics in the region was noted as ongoing, according to monitoring sources. Reports indicated a massive drone attack underway on occupied Donetsk, with the railway station potentially targeted. Ukrainian forces have been increasingly focused on disrupting Russian railway logistics, a strategy that appears to be continuing. Following Ukrainian drone strikes, parts of occupied Donetsk and Makiivka experienced power outages due to damage to an electrical substation, as stated by an observer. Earlier, authorities issued warnings about the threat of shock and imitation UAVs from the northeast. Specifically, three UAVs were reported moving from Konotop district towards Nizhyn in the Chernihiv region, and four UAVs were detected moving from Bilopillya in the direction of Romny district in the Sumy region, according to war monitor data from 23:13 on July 28th. An analysis of Russian drone launch sites identified three key locations: Orel region's Tsybulova village, Bryansk region's Navlia village, and Krasnodar region's Primorsko-Akhtarsk airfield. The Orel facility is described as the largest, with multiple stationary launch installations and road transport capabilities for up to 14 drones at a time, and potentially over a hundred in a single shelling. The Bryansk site is smaller but similar, launching exclusively from vehicles. The Primorsko-Akhtarsk airfield has dedicated sections for Shahed drones, with stationary launch points and an Air Force presence capable of launching up to 25 units for shelling. The analysis also noted successful Ukrainian strikes on a drone storage and launch facility in Yeysk, destroying two buildings and eliminating personnel. In other developments, a Russian unit of 10 soldiers was filmed prior to being eliminated northeast of Kindrativka, Sumy region, through a combination of FPV drones and artillery strikes, according to reports. Separately, two Russian soldiers on motorbikes were filmed crashing into each other while driving on a field road. Meanwhile, in Odesa, residents were observed swimming and relaxing in the sea while Russian Shahed drones were intercepted and crashed into the water. Ukrainians were also seen pulling downed Shahed drones out of the sea in Odesa. Russian strategic aviation, specifically two Tu-95mC aircraft, were noted in the air around 20:51, with a potential relocation to Engels-2 Airfield. A statement attributed to Dmitry Medvedev suggested that negotiations will only conclude when all objectives of Russia's military operation are achieved, with a directive to "Work on America first."
