Ukrainian forces have fully liberated the city of Pokrovsk, eliminating all Russian assault groups that had infiltrated the southern Shakhtarsk district two days prior, according to a report from the front lines on July 25th. Between 30 and 50 Russian special forces operatives were neutralized during the clearing operations, with some attempting to escape disguised as civilians. The Russian units had captured a significant area including dozens of civilian homes and taken several civilians hostage, establishing ambushes for Ukrainian soldiers. Ukrainian Special Operations Forces were deployed immediately upon receiving this information to commence clearing operations in the southern part of the city. In a separate development, Ukrainian forces liberated Kindrativka in the Sumy region, eliminating an estimated three Russian battalions and one combat unit. The 225th Separate Mechanized Brigade is credited with this success, employing unique tactics to achieve the liberation. The enemy sustained significant losses during the operation, including units from the URMP, OBRMP, and OMSP. Meanwhile, in Kharkiv, explosions were heard in several areas, with preliminary information indicating an "arrival" in the Kiev district. Information regarding destruction and casualties is still being clarified, as stated by Oleg Sinegubov, head of the Kharkiv Oblast administration. Residents were advised to stay in safe places during the alarm. Additionally, reports indicated that three "winged rockets" were directed towards Kamianske, prompting immediate shelter advisories for residents in Kamyanskoye. Three targets were also reported on the Dnieper. Separately, strategic aviation activity from Russia was noted, including training exercises involving TU-160 and TU-95MC aircraft from Engels-2 air base, and MiG-31K aircraft from Savaslaka air base. Transport aviation also saw activity with IL-76md boards dispatched to Rostov air base and An-26 boards to Ser and Engels-2 air bases. Intelligence flights were conducted by Su-34R and Su-24MR aircraft from Lipetsk-2, Wanted, and Morozovsk air bases respectively. The current assessment does not indicate immediate signs of shelling, with a 10% probability for the night.
