Russia launched widespread drone and ballistic missile attacks across Ukraine overnight, targeting cities including Dnipro, Kharkiv, and Kamyanske. In Dnipro, over 30 drones were detected moving towards the city from multiple directions, with over 10 drones specifically targeting the city from the south, east, and west. Kamyanske, in the Dnipro region, was hit by Russian missiles, causing a fire at the "Epicentr" shopping mall. According to reports, a total of 60 Iskander/KN-23 ballistic missiles were used against Dnipro and Kamyanske. Explosions were heard in Kamyanske, Dnipropetrovsk region, as reported by monitor channels. In Kharkiv, preliminary information indicates arrivals in the Kiev district, with information on destruction and casualties being clarified. Reports also mentioned three winged rockets targeting Kharkiv and three more targeting Kamyanske. The threat of ballistic weapons from Donetsk and from C-400/C-300 missiles was also noted. In other developments, Ukrainian forces reportedly eliminated Russian assault groups that had entered the city of Pokrovsk, with reports suggesting 30 to 50 Russian special forces operatives were neutralized. The Ukrainian Embassy in Germany stated that the eighth IRIS-T SLM fire unit, financed by Germany, will arrive in Ukraine soon. Separately, a spokesperson for the Ukrainian Embassy in Germany told a news outlet that the eighth German-financed IRIS-T SLM fire unit is on its way to Ukraine. Additionally, a deal with Germany reportedly led to the arrival of a PATRIOT air-defense system and more interceptors in Ukraine by the end of the week. The European Commission confirmed that Ukraine will receive €3.05 billion as the fourth tranche under the Ukraine Facility, though with a delay and cut due to unmet reform commitments. In the Kupyansky direction, Russian assault units reportedly entered Moskovka and are storming the village. The situation in Pokrovsk remains critical, with reports of Russian forces exploiting defensive weaknesses and DRGs still present in the city. Ukrainian forces are attempting to stabilize the situation in Pokrovsk by bringing in reserves. In the Kherson city, common artillery shelling by Russia was reported. In the Sumy region, the 225 OSHP reportedly liberated Kindrativka, claiming significant Russian losses. Strategic aviation activity included training exercises by TU-160, TU-95MC, and MiG-31K aircraft, as well as intelligence gathering by Su-34R and Su-24MR aircraft.
