The system's presence on this highway, which connects Berlin with Minsk, places six NATO countries within its potential range. The sighting occurred during a one-hour reporting window from 11:00:51 PM UTC on September 13th to 12:00:51 AM UTC on September 14th. Concurrently, Ukrainian Air Force channels reported at approximately 10:30 PM UTC on September 13th that a group of "percussion UAVs" was moving from the Donetsk region into the Dnipropetrovsk region. The "Strategic Control" channel also announced a "threat of ballistics from the Crimean area" during a 44-minute reporting window from 10:01 PM to 10:45 PM UTC on September 13th. Earlier on September 13th, Ukraine's Air Force had reported managed aviation bombs targeting the Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk regions, with explosions heard near Kyiv.
