Several unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were detected on the territory of the Leningrad region, with regional governor Alexander Drozdenko confirming no injuries occurred. Additionally, three UAVs were detected in the direction of the Tula region, as reported by Radar Tula. These incidents occurred between 11:32 PM UTC on October 24th and 12:32 AM UTC on October 25th. The detection in the Leningrad region was confirmed by Governor Drozdenko, according to TASS. The specific number and origin of the UAVs in the direction of Tula were not immediately specified by Radar Tula. Previous reports from the same reporting window, October 24th to October 25th, noted other military activities. These included Russian shelling in Kherson resulting in casualties, critical fighting in Pokrovsk, and drone activity in the suburbs of Kharkiv. The "Carpet" plan was also introduced in districts of the Penza region.
