Multiple Ukrainian drones, visually resembling Shahed/Harop models, struck Russia's "Signal" radio plant in Stavropol early on July 26th. The "Signal" plant is a major facility involved in producing electronic systems for the Russian military. Videos of the strike surfaced in the early morning. This strike targeted a facility crucial for Russia's military production, according to preliminary assessments. Ukrainian sources reported that drones visually identified as Shahed or Harop models were used in the attack. In separate military developments, Russia's only aircraft carrier, the Admiral Kuznetsov, may be scrapped or sold due to the high cost of repairs, estimated at 350 billion rubles, according to VTB Bank head Andrey Kostin. Approximately 20 billion rubles have already been spent on repairs.
