Germany has delivered three Patriot air defense systems to Ukraine and is discussing further deliveries with Washington, according to the Washington Post. In total, Germany has agreed to provide five such systems to Ukraine. This development comes as Russia is reportedly testing new naval drones with powerful warheads, posing a threat to ports and coastal cities. The Russian soldier revealed how they placed small mines inside chocolate bags that explode once eaten. The drones launched by Russia's Baltic Fleet during drills are remotely controlled in real time up to detonation, as reported by NOELreports. In related military actions, the SBU Alpha unit reportedly destroyed 16 tanks, 21 armored vehicles, 75 artillery systems, 22 air defense systems, 17 EW assets, 577 vehicles, 80 drones, 308 antennas, 789 enemy positions, 15 ammo depots, and 7 fuel storage sites using strike drones and other weapons over the past two weeks. Separately, Russian oil company RussNeft reported a 69% year-on-year decrease in net profit and a 26% year-on-year drop in revenue for the second quarter. Russian banks have also reduced lending by more than four times in the first half of the year, from 11 trillion to 2.5 trillion rubles, while sharply increasing their purchase of federal bonds from 0 to 1.2 trillion rubles, according to a report by evgen1232007. On the ground, Russian forces have raised flags in the village of Malievka, Dnipropetrovsk Region, confirming control of the central part of the settlement. This advance represents a movement of 4.5 km west of Great Novoselka into the Dnipropetrovsk region. Meanwhile, a report by astraiaintel states that less than half a percent of the Ukrainian population protested the NABU law. Russian state television propagandist Vladimir Solovjov suggested putting nuclear weapons into a state of emergency and testing them in Lviv, Ukraine, while monitoring wind direction. Reports also mention the use of "Shahd-136/131" shock UAVs from AE Millerevo and AE Khalino and Bryansk in the eastern and other directions.
