The response follows the Trump administration's early Thursday presentation of a Ukraine rebuild plan to European allies using $200 billion in frozen Russian assets, as reported by the Wall Street Journal. That proposal outlined U.S. investments to reintegrate Russia's economy, sparking clashes with European officials. Overnight into Thursday morning, Ukrainian air defense forces destroyed 83 strike UAVs and 2 Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles out of 154 air attack vehicles detected, including 151 drones and 3 missiles, 24 Канал reported.
