Russian Shahed drones were detected in the Kyiv region heading toward Chornohorodka and Tarasivka/Boyarka, one in Kirovohrad Oblast toward Krymka, and another from Kyiv Oblast to Zhytomyr Oblast between 1:46 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. UTC on December 27, according to Ukrainian monitoring channels operinform and PPO Radar. Ukraine’s Interior Ministry reported widespread damage in Kyiv from the recent attack, with more than 10 apartment blocks, private homes, and civilian infrastructure hit, per NOELREPORTS. Nearly 70 elderly residents were evacuated from a care facility in Darnytskyi district, and dangerous high-rise structures are being dismantled in Dniprovskyi district. A detection was also reported at Kalinovka by eRadar during the same period. These incidents follow Ukrainian monitors' reports of Russian UAV groups detected in multiple regions earlier between 12:15 p.m. and 1:45 p.m. UTC, including Kyiv region, as well as the Air Force's tally of 503 downed or suppressed attack vehicles from an overnight barrage targeting Kyiv.
