In a separate development during the same period, Czech President Petr Pavel stated on X that Russian attacks on apartment buildings deliberately target civilians, referencing the guided missile strike on a Kyiv residential building on Václav Havel Avenue on June 17, 2025, which killed 28 civilians and injured 134.
