Germany has warned of rising Russian threats, including espionage, cyberattacks, and sabotage, with the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution citing potential aggressive actions by adversaries by 2029. The German Navy has reported drone overflights and intrusion attempts. In military intelligence, UK mil intelligence confirmed reports that Russian armed forces moved significant strategic air defence S-400 assets from Kaliningrad to Rostov-on-Don, a conclusion also reached through satellite analysis. President Zelensky also stated that Russian troops have suffered their greatest losses in the Donetsk region, failing to achieve their strategic objectives. He added that stabilization measures are underway in certain front sections, and Ukrainian units are replenishing their "exchange fund" weekly.
